As the teacher's teach the student's will learn. But rather they behave is up to themselves. Fear is wide within the school as the Student Council have control over the school. With their Enforcer's they keep the student body in check and in line.

The teacher's stand by and never lift a finger against the Student Council. But nor do they lift a finger against the rebel group.

It is small and most push it as a rumor. But it is true. The rebel's believe the school should be free from the terrer that is the Student Council.
