Due to the rebellious advances of the districts, The Hunger Games were created. In the games each district must send one able bodied boy and one able bodied girl to fight to the death on live television. Only one victor may win the Games but that sole victor will earn the prize of honor and riches. With the help of the thirteenth district, The Capitol crushed the second rebellion. As a gift The Capitol reinstated them as a district. But they still have to participate in the games. Now the president has come up with a cruel punishment for possible rebels and troublemakers. They are to be transformed into half-mutt beasts. Unfortunately president Wellington was killed but now there is a new president and they are just as ruthless.
