Welcome to...The Front of Armament!

What makes a hero? What makes a hero any different than some crazed murderer? In times of need is a hero really a protector, or just another enemy in the eyes of opposition?

Welcome soldier, to hell. A place where myths like heros don't exist. The year is 3016, we are now entering the second planetary war. What are we fighting for? Nothing less than earth. The two major super powers on earth, Cybercia Industires and Teijoro Technologies, have been at each others neck for the past decade. Over some of the much needed resources, narrowly avoiding conflict on many occasions.
However, a few months back a fight broke out near Teijoro Technologies main colony resulting in two damaged buildings and over four hundred deaths. Teijoro Tech. in turn attacked a colony of Cybercia Industries, destryoing an entire bunker full of repairmen and mechs. A costly insult for Cybercia.
To make matters worse, word travels fast and space colonies have caught word of the war. The Zex Federation, once an earth colony itself cast out during the first planetary war, has taken the chance to take revenge on the warring colonies and hopefully earn its rightful place back on Earth. Added to that the threat of The Zex Federation comes Freya Enterprise, a colony branched off Cybercia Industries. In hopes of taking advantage of the war and striking the two colonized nations of earth down and claiming all resources for themselves.
Wars are now fought with manned machines, in hopes of reducing risk to soldiers. The pilots of these gigantic artillery are often of any age and gender. Mechanized warfare has become a way of life for the colonies, using them for control over an area is of vital need.
However a lack of pilots has been costly for all parties involved, so most battles are fought between squads of three to five. The warriors are few and the battles are many, are you really capable of sacrificing your life for your colony?
