This is a guild for fans of Fall Out Boy. Don't join if you aren't going to be relatively active, or aren't that big of a fan. This is a place that is just for Fall Out Boy... where the fans can just gush about how amazing they are. If you want this guild to be enjoyable, we need your participation. If the guild is active enough, we can have contests and activities. Besides, if you are an active member of the guild, you help contribute to the general conversation.
TO APPLY
1. Tell us your THREE (3) favorite Fall Out Boy songs that are NOT singles.
Three. No more, no less. Your application MUST be in the format of: "My three favorite Fall Out Boy songs are (Song One), (Song Two), and (Song Three)." Please use proper capitalization to show us you're literate, and add NOTHING else. We don't care what else you have to say, and we'd rather not read it. We just want your three favorite songs.
Singles/songs we will not accept in the application: "Sugar We're Going Down," "Dance Dance," "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More 'Touch Me,'" "Grand Theft Autumn (Where Is Your Boy)," "Saturday," "Dead On Arrival," "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race," and "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs." If you're big enough of a fan to join a guild, you should easily be able to choose three non-single songs you really like. If one of your favorites happens to be a single, just choose an alternative song for the purposes of this application.
2. If you are a new fan and don't know much of their work and would like to know more about the band, we invite you to read the forums all you want, and ask questions and learn more at The Official Fall Out Boy Thread first.
3. Do not PM the moderators to join. Use the "Request to Join" button. Only PM a moderator if you've been waiting more than five days for a reply or in case of #4.
4. If you've been declined, it's because you didn't follow rule #1. In spite of this, you can still join the guild. Then you may PM a moderator with your application.
Affiliates
If your guild would like to be an affiliate of the Fall Out Boy guild, we will accept other Fall Out Boy related guilds (Clandestine, Arma Angelus guild, Andy Hurley guild, etc.), record label guilds (Uprising, Fueled By Ramen, Decaydance, or Island/Def Jam), or guilds of bands they have toured with or are known friends of (The Academy Is..., October Fall, The Hush Sound, Panic! At The Disco, Motion City Soundtrack, My Chemical Romance, etc.) Just PM one of the guild moderators, and if it fits the qualifications and somehow relates to the guild and may appeal to it's members, there is a very good chance it will be accepted.
