Time to introduce the Crew you'll see along your travels in the guild.

Now, before we can get to the posting fun, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with the rules and warning system:


Rules:
1. Please follow Gaia's ToS. We'd like very much to not be shut down.

2. Please do not post any new threads on the main forum. We'd like to keep that area reserved for the main bar and announcement thread only. Any threads created on the main forum will be moved to the "Et Cetera..." sub-forum (please note, you will be PM'd notifing you of your thread being moved and politely asked to not post on the main forum).

3. Please respect each other and the Crew members. We're all here to have fun. If you are having problems with someone, take it to a PM with them or PM the Captain or a Vice Captain and we will help you if we can.

4. Rules are always subject to change and modification.

5. Have fun. That's why the guild was created and that's what we're here for.

As always, there are consequences to breaking the rules. For that purpose, we have a warning system as follows:



Warning System for Members:
The warning system is based on a 3 and 5 system. You will get 3 warnings before you are temp-banned. Upon returning from the temp ban, you will get two more warnings (the previous 3 will remain in place and count toward the 5) before being permanently banned. The system will be followed as follows:

1. You will recieve 3 warnings before you are temp-banned (time to be determined by Captain or Vice Captains in the event of the Captains absence).
    * 1st warning results in a "verbal" reminder of the rules.

    * 2nd warning=a "verbal" reminder of the rules, plus your offense being removed (ie post, thread, poll, etc.).

    * 3rd warning=a "verbal" reminder of the rules, plus your offense being removed (ie post, thread, poll, etc.), plus a reminder of being banned for any more offenses.

2. 4th warning (upon return from temp ban status)=final warning before you are perma-banned.
3. 5th warning=Permanent ban
