A long time ago, in the late 1800s, there was a boarding school and orphanage, called Rosemund's School, located in a small town called Rosemund. The orphanage part was added because those who owned it wanted the best for those who had no place to call home. All was fine and dandy, up until students and teachers started dying.

What was killing them? Something called Rosemund's Red Death.

Those who had Rosemund's Red Death would start coughing so hard and uncontrollably, their blood would start pouring from their mouths and they would die from blood loss.

After mysteriously disappearing, Rosemund's inhabitants were soon gone and everyone seemed to forget about the school and the mysterious disease. Woods surrounding the town began to thicken, until it eventually became so thick, no one who entered could get out. As a new town was built around it, parents began warning their children never to go there, and the children began to listen after the construction workers trying to cut down the forest vanished.

Now, Rosemund's is inhabited by those who society has shunned. Killers, freaks, and those who mistakenly entered the forest stay here. It serves as an academy for children aged fourteen to eighteen. Those who are deemed worthy are drawn there through dreams, those who go there by accident are servants. Once the worthy graduate, they can either teach or leave to cause havoc on Earth. The servants are never given the chance to leave.

What are you? How did you get here?
