Steampunk Motra is an entire planet fuelled on coal and steam, Its inhabitants are usually calm, and it's Kings an Queens are generally sane. It has been several years before a new king has been crowned and lead the thrown. This is where your beloved adventure starts.
As the crowning of a new king starts stirrings of ancient technological magic to start up again, many people are finding new resources or new forms of power. As with any amount of power there will be corruptive people and strong willed people. In a world of inventors the king needs to get as much help as he can, because other forces than the natural ballance are conspiring against him.
A deep blood line dispute breaks out when your's truly decides to wed a noble family he has knowledge very little of. His own advisors and nobles begin to rethink the new king and begin to buy, construct, and use new diabolical devices against him. His fiance is devious to say the least, but deep down inside she must have a heart to want to marry a sweet guy. (Maybe a story before he became king.)
Villains try to kill him, heroes appear to be hired by him, and guards, along with civilians, have turned to the king for help. How will this happen? With steam of course! Welcome to Steampunk Motra...
