4.54 billion years ago, Earth was formed, Stardust fell upon this planet giving it life. Humans, creatures who are made up of Stardust have evolved from simple primates to intelligent life forms, and a sub race of humans has been discovered by a secret organization that has existed since the dawn of human civilization. These sub-humans are filled with an unnatural amount of stardust within them, thus they are called STARs. STARs have inhuman abilities such as fire manipulation, shapeshifting, and superhuman strength only to name a single decimal of the many powers STARs have. However, there was one STAR who could manipulate the stardust within his body, he had an unnatural hair color and his eyes were unnatural as well, he was considered a monster, yet he was only a small boy. It took a whole month to tire him out and two weeks to weaken him to the point where he could be captured and imprisoned. It was then on the Organization code named him "FALLEN STAR". It is now the year 2024, civilization has enhanced and a new energy source have aided in this to the point where oil, solar energy, and electricity have all become obsolete. Many question how human civilization has become so advance in such a short amount of time, yet none have questioned it to the point where they wish to know the truth. The truth might be shocking, or it could very well be a miracle on the behalf of mankind.

Walker City, a multi-cultured city is one of the first cities of this era to made to be powered by this new power source. This city is so massive that it goes on record as the biggest city humanity has ever made as well as the most efficient. Alongside humans, there are robots who aid humans in their endeavours whether it be protection against thugs or simply cleaning around the house. Instead of your standard police force, Walker City is protected by the Walker City Military Force, or W.C.M.F. for short. There is speculation that members of the W.C.M.F. abusive their power a bit when dealing with low-class citizens. Despite this, they make Walker City a very safe city to live in none the less.
