[ A Little About Obituary Press ]
Obituary Press is mostly for the literate crowd, but accepting of the semi-literate who wish to improve! The Literate crowd I'm referring to are the ones that know how to write well enough that they're understood, know the common rules of role playing and are generally a good person to befriend. Definitely people who are mature in certain areas, not ones to go off into silly little fights when things do not go their way to ruin everyone else's fun, you know? Oh, when sending a request to join, write whatever you want! If you don't know what to write, answer this: "Do you like pancakes?" Of course, we crew members do a background check before accepting, so whether you write anything or not doesn't matter. But know this! If you're joining, please do your best to be active! And I ask that you post to introduce yourself once you do, because the Obituary Press will have a new policy on members and their activeness soon so it's best to get ahead!
Some rules of Role Playing in the guild:
•Flaming Can of Spam? No thanks.
•Violence and Destruction, oh! Lovely gore and organs! Just no killing willy nilly, silly!
•Literacy. Type properly, so we know what you are doing! Try to keep it more than two sentences, but it's understandable if you have writer's block or your character is just conversing with another.
•Romance, a part of every role play most likely. If your characters are looking to take their relationship farther, hugging and kissing's cool, but anything beyond that is a bit... weird. I mean, if Shiva's reading your posts and is freaked out, then you're most likely doing something you're not supposed to be doing.
