Neo Machina, a world ruled by technology. In the year 2031, a major technological advancement took place as the discoveries such as Nanotechnoloy, Cybornetics, Biotic Implants, and other sci-fi technology became a reality. These advancements were giving to the world by the worlds leading authorities in robotics & technology. Though how they were brought to the world was not what anyone was expecting.
In the year 2059, The 5 leading tech corporations launched a massive coup de tat on the world governments using these new forms of technology. They crushed governments under their overwhelming force, and those who didn't fight were colonized. In the end the world governments fell. After conquering the globe these 5 corporations became known to the world they now controlled as the "Big 5".
The Big 5 ushered in an age of technological superiority, but trailed an era of corruption and oppression under the Care of the Big 5. In the year 2060, the countries of the world had no longer existed as The Big 5 renamed the five areas in which they respectfully rule, Neo America, Neo China, Neo South America, Neo Europe, & Neo Japan. The countries and states were merged into different sectors and renamed as well.
The people of Neo Machina have found that Adaptation is the best way to survive in the new world that has been forged. Cyborgs, Nanotechs, Biotics, A.W.Ws, and even peak conditioned humans are the only ways of life that ensure that you live a peacefully oppressed life in Neo Machina and wont be crushed by the hard living one must endure throughout their lives.
Though there is hope, different factions have begun to surface whether to free the oppressed or replace the oppressors and have begun to slowly make their presence & motives known, though nothing goes missed under the vigilant eye of the Big 5.
