It has been eighty years since the Akatsuki incident. In that time, many things have changed in the shinobi world. The savior, Uzumaki Naruto has passed away, but not without leaving behind an heir to the title hokage. His son, who he named after his mentor Jiraiya, has taken on the mantle of hokage. The tailed beasts have been sealed away for good, new ninjas are graduating from the academy every year. There was peace throughout the villages. That was, until the fateful day when "it" appeared. A monster, born out of the darkness of men's hearts, appeared out of nowhere and attacked the Hidden Mist. They didn't stand a chance. It was all over before they could even cry for help. It vanished as quickly as it destroyed them. An hour later, it again appeared in Hidden Rain, with the same result. This happened over and over again, until the only remaining Shinobi villages were the Hidden Leaf, Waterfall, and Cloud. No one knows why those villages were left untouched. That was one year ago; and in that time, chaos has begun to creep it's way back into the world. Pillaging, murder, and all sorts of crimes are on the rise, seemingly unchecked. This is the world you live in now. The shinobi are frantically preparing for another attack from the monster. How will you make your way in this new world?
Here in WoS, we don't believe in stats. We've skipped them, and we hope this will invite roleplayers into an experience where they can learn how to RP without trying to worry about numbers. We also believe that if you are willing to put in the effort, nothing should be off limits to you. There are no classes, and no restrictions. However, do not mistake this for an easy way to make a ridiculously overpowered character. Once your character hits a certain limit, they can still learn techniques, but it will become much more difficult to attain them. All of this is explained in the new members section. As long as you follow the gaia ToS, and the guild rules, you are certain to enjoy yourself. One last bit of information. This guild is classified as semi-lit. That means that you are expected to put effort into your posts. Grammar, structure, and length DO matter here. We're not asking for a novel every time, but we want to see you grow as a writer. If you aren't very skilled, then be truthful. If you show us that you are willing to work on your skills, you will not be turned away.
