This is a School/City/Slice of Life RP that takes place around the year 2020.
WELCOME TO THE PROVINCE OF JOHN ANDRÉ, UNITED KINGDOM.

In the name of the Queen and Sir Winston Churchill, the Manning Institute of Scientific Research was establish during World War Two in order to properly execute blueprints on high-tech nuclear weaponry. Much to the Parliament's frustration, the Americans had beat them to it, and used their nuclear weaponry to finally end the war at the cost of pain and suffering of innocent civilians.
With so much information held behind the Institute walls, it would be difficult for the school to return back to its old ways after the war. So with support from British Parliament, the Manning Institute of Scientific Research became the Manning Institute of "Political Science." In reality, this school became the home to many aspiring government hit men and women, government hackers, inventors with heaven-granted intelligence, world-class secret agents, and hard-hitting detectives.
Students from all walks of life joined the academy, though only a handful were accepted. The mentally and physically strenuous examinations needed to enter the school were less than tolerable, but they were manageable to those that truly wish to pursue their lives for the Queen. As time progressed, so did the count of students. In contrast, the rate of acceptance into this academy for grade years nine to thirteen lowered to 12%.
Many teachers have actually attended the academy or have worked for the government one way or another, even if it may have been immoral; they wouldn't go to prison for it if parliament mandated it. But to ensure that no one's tracks are followed, students and teachers are required to be addressed by their alias/code names for security purposes. The only ones who know of each staff and student's name and information is no other than the dean, vice dean and secretary of this Institute. It is actually FORBIDDEN to call anyone by their first name, even the dean cannot break his or her own rule.
