Cardi's Place is a skinny, two-story brick townhouse in Barton Town. The first floor has the common living areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. The second floor has the private rooms: master bedroom, master bathroom, study, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom is where Cardi spends most of her time sleeping. The two other bedrooms each has three sets of bunk beds to accommodate six people. It's a good thing that Gaia avatars don't need to go to the bathroom, or else the twelve occupants of these two bedrooms will have to make-do with only one bathroom for all of them.
What is extraordinary about Cardi's Place is that it has multiple subterranean levels. Each subterranean level is filled with tall bookshelves, and each shelf is filled with... stuff. You can tell that some of the stuff have been there for a long time, because they're covered with a very thick layer of dust. Every now and then, new stuff come in, and Cardi's Place inexplicably expands to accommodate them. They get tossed on unoccupied shelves, and after a while, they too accumulate a thick layer of dust.
