I said in the first post the only things you can't do is enter the funhouse/the center of this area, Or meet the Ringmaster. O.o? Why would you think that means your not allowed to do anything yet?

I looked through the Dev alerts and one of them said "Shops Landing page updated
We changed some scripting code on the /market/ page. Hopefully nothing broke.
We do already know about the missing mannequins on that page -- that should be fixed early next week."

Which means it may also involve the selling items bug but I'm going to fill out the bug report anyway because it also may not have been apart of the bugs they fixed.
