zOMG is officially dead. Last piece of this site's prime charm is gone.
I can't even- cry
My mind was saying this would happen but my essence couldn't handle it and deep down hoped it would really return.
I mean, it's not like gaia to repair something not very much used anymore, they even lag to repair the "hot stuff" and I guess it being dead wasn't really that profitable. To keep up the servers for like 5 teams ya know...
But still...
So many fun memories, so much friendships and all the best feelings.
I loved you, zOMG, you were the thing I was eager to come back home to, for my ol' dial-up internet to turn on on 5PM...It's really nostalgic.
Honestly it was the best friend maker, because if you didn't had anything to do, you could just slay monsters and not just stand AFK like a dork like you do in towns, ha. And conversations would just naturally start from discussing the strategy and gathering teams...
I'll start deleting the zOMG guide bookmarks...
I'm in half-denial, half-acceptance state right now.
