its a speed ring it shoots your avi away from danger with a quick speed jump. if you played fable it would be the equivalence of using assassin rush

not really but something about saying speed and away from harm kind of give me that feeling but regardless of what it actually does it has something to do with speed and that mean Lag Ring + coyote spirit ring = Blur

active means it's always on and ativates auto matically (like the Improbability Sphere is stay's on one you activate it)

No.

Active = You need to activate it. Like a special attack ring that does 200% normal attack damage.
Passive = Always on. Like wearing a Ring that would give you 10% more damage or something.
