How many monsters and NPCs?

How many monsters and NPCs do you think will be made based off the creatures and such that are items or in there disription?i ask this because it would be kinda intresting to fight a Gorgonus,Zurg,and enemy Mecha or something and to talk with someone like Perusi and go on a quest for or with him.

Lanzer will show himself and I can see Jack appearing around Halloween but as for Enemy [NPC]'s im not sure. Zurg have gone home (acourding to the manga) we have fluffs and OMG's but to be honest at the moment ive only seen 4-5 enemy types.

comebacks like that would be quite interesting though, i'm sure we'll see some well known characters again
