By killing Katsumi's Kokeshi Doll...?

You have to be present when it spawns. Make sure you have a crew where everyone (including yourself) is at least CL3.0+.

my dear freind zixx i played it too u have to kill the dolls with pl have cl3.0+ its quite easy i finishd it i have hornet wings, mantis, sutin fleet, coyote spirit too
