I am needing some help I am on brain clam waiting by the throne room far any help please

I have defib, slash, gun gun gun, dervish, bandage, iron will, pot lid and meat

If you would be willing to help me and bring complimentary buffs would be nice

I'm signing off soon, but I can give you some advice on soloing the room.

First and foremost, go on Easy wink

For your rings, I'd recommend dropping defib, slash, and dervish (if you're solo you won't be facing mobs and have no one to revive)
Instead, pick up Divinity, Hack, and Rock Armor. You'll appreciate the extra stamina, attack power, and protection.
If you'd rather fight the Coatl from outside his attack range, go with Solar over Hack. Also consider whether Tape or Cat would be useful.
