Defib ring

I tried to use a dfib ring on a 7.3 character with a 6.7 Dfib ring. Wasnt working. it kept saying invalid target. As a matter of fact it didnt work for any in my crew all lev 7s. Any idea why it wasnt working?

were they dazed? it wont work otherwise lol

Yes. Thats what gets me. all were dazed but myself.

It should work. Even at CL1.0.
It will only show "Invalid Target" if you're targeting yourself, an animated or a user that isn't dazed or dead.
You might be glitching.
Try refreshing your screen.
