And Its coming out At Halloween Next year (sorry for the EDIT)

Its actually in Beta testing still. No official launch yet. Im not the only one that needs to pay attention

"we've taken the step of removing the ability to list items in the old Marketplace." (taken directly from the bottom of 9-7's announcement)
While the new marketplace may still be in beta, its more functional than the "current" market.
