Go to your profile and look at your registration date.
EDIT: I checked your post history and you posted in 2007 so yes you are a one year vet.

If you go to My Gaia it'll tell you how many days you've been on Gaia.

click the MyGaia tab in the overview it tells you the days old your account is >.> do the math yourself
