The specific glitch is that the other two vision places that you have to find to complete the Wishing Tree's quest have triggered, but the one at the windmill won't. I've logged out and back in and nothing happened and I've left the screen and came back and still nothing. It's happened every time and I first noticed it yesterday. I've been all the way around the windmill and the places the guides suggested, but still nothing.
