Jack: Fought him but didn't get a badge or reward

Heya everyone

So I fought Jack, like most of us, but didn't get anything
It kinda goes like this:

I go to where he is

I Fight him

Extreem Lags

Jack dies

Everyone gets stuff ... but I don't

It happend in different area's, I fought him like 3 times now but still nothing ...

Is it a bug or is it the lag?

I think it's a bug. Like I went against the 15.0 in Otami thrice and still received nothing; no badge, no gold no cursed pumpkin.

Edit: I used both browsers to see if it changed, Firefox and Safari. Same thing occurred.

For some reason it worked for me and now I fought him once and actually got something
