Not familiar with this glitch, didn't know there was anything wrong with the saw mill to be honest.

the one where the saws stay on the screen? if so that it annoying

I'm guessing you're referring to the glitch where it tells you to "go talk to Gustav and do this quests" even though you've already done them?
Someone else was having that problem too ._.;
No cure found yet...

Best thing to do is probably disband the crew and try with someone else
