Okay, Iknow the proportions suck, and I know the coloring sucks, but APART from that, what can I improve upon?

I only noticed two really big problems, both on the girl.
She's got no rib cage, and her boob looks like a balloon. xd

Other than that, the colouring, and the proportion, you're doing good.
There aren't that many problems, you only exhibit the "tiny hands" syndrome.
