I'm wondering if it's just me noticing this or if other people notice it. I've noticed that the new generation of Kawaii look like monsters wearing clashing colors, bows, panda hats, and other weird things. It can't just be me thinking it's creepy, right?

P.S. I'm not a Kawaii, I'm a cosplayer that decided to change the outfit of a character so I don't get bored of the character.
