Gold can be earned by doing pretty much anything and everything on this site including posting, voting in polls, lurking, rating and commenting in the Art Arena or Linklist, trading with other users, finding rare events, playing the Gaia Fishing Game, and various others...however, you will probably notice a slight decrease in the amount of gold you get for doing things often in a period of time; this resets every 12 hours
