What can't I buy game tokens? Prize and Joy shop is not even unlocked. I haven't been on sice gogaia days and I made a new character so everything is differnet.

From what I understand, you have to own either tokens or tickets, I'm not positive which, to access the shop.
You can buy both on the MP and collect them from the Daily Chance carts; you can get tickets by playing games (ex: Tiles) as well.
