<center>Okay, I need opinions here. I'm working on an art piece and I dont know whether to put a halo glow around it or not. I have crappy CG skills so I'm not sure if it covers my mistakes or not.

Here is one without Halo:

with...but I can't help but notice it's based off a Rufus Shinra fanart....maybe do something a bit more....original? sweatdrop
Nope, because it looks like a bad attempt to cover your mistakes. Makes it more tacky.

Wait, that is who that picture is of? I just used it as a reference for the pose and clothing. I like to put together pieces of pictures when I draw. This was originally a woman, and she had the eyes of Rinoa from FF, the head I drew myself, wings I drew myself, hair I drew myself, and the body from whatever fan art that was. It is original in its own way. And if you hadnt noticed all artists use the same poses others use.

Yeah, I know, but it doesn't do that. It makes them more noticeable. Plus, it makes the clothing on your char even harder to see. Blending all the lines together, like he's wearing a purple blob.

Hehe! Ya! I noticed that, which is why I was iffy about it.
