- Do not spam the thread (bumps are ok if no one else is around)
- Do not stretch the page
- Do not disrupt the thread
- Do not interfere with the friendly atmosphere of this thread
- I have final say over donations
- Do not whine over donations to yourself or a lack thereof
- I retain the right to change anything related to Sapphire and Diamonds at any time without notice
- I retain the right to close Sapphire and Diamonds if I see fit
- Do not beg in this thread
- Do not advertise in your post at all. Advertisements in signatures is enough

To qualify for a donation, you must:

- Account being used to apply must be over two months old
- Account being used to apply must have more then 100 posts
- Must have a quest thread, no matter how new
- Must follow the steps outlined below to be eligible

1. Read entire first page (Or at least everything before the Application post)
2. Post ten times, counting them in each post
3. Send x_sapphire diamonds_x (charity mule) a trade with one or more useless Daily Chance items (to be sold in groups to help charity funds)
4. Post your application
5. Hang around and chat

You'll be placed here after following the steps and posting your application. You will be taken off if you are not active in here, you will be donated to if you return and talk. The order of the list has no impact on order of donations.

If your name has a '*' at the end of it, it means I haven't seen you in a while. You have a couple days to show up again, or your name will be taken off the list. I go through it every few days.
