Setting: After a near-apocolyptic occurance, the planet is in total disarray. The cities that had been worked upon for hundreds of years and once stood in glory, are now crumbling and nearly desolate. All of the races of the world have turned against eachother and are constantly fighting, blaming eachother for the fall of the state of the planet. Vehicules and fuel are expensive and inefficient, so travel is mainly that of horses or carriages. Guns are also quite expensive, maintenance, ammo, and the equipment would literally cost a small fortune to keep in working order.
Location: The adventure starts outside one of the last moderately populated areas, the surrounding forests have already claimed many buildings and streets. The only remaining livable part of town is in the center. At its heart. there is a moderately successful town, with shops, resturaunts, and inns.
Now that that's all outta the way, time for some rules:
-No cyber
-No bad pickup lines
-Keep romance to PG-13ish

Appearence: Is tall with long blonde hair pulled back into a pony tail. He has green eyes. He has a fair face, almost that of a woman, but carries a very masculine presence. wears a Crimson, unbuttoned, trenchcoat full of tears and bullet holes. A Black metal band can be seen wrapping around his exposed chest. He wears a pair of round sunglasses, half concealing a scar through his left eye.
Most of all, Have fun, dont piss me off, and dont eat yellow snow.
