The Wand Of Wonder: ((as explained by the Dungeon Masters Guide, for Advanced D&D, 1979 - TSR Games)) The Wand Of Wonder is a strange and unpredictable device which will generate any number of strange effects, randomly, each time it is used. The effects are shown in the table below.
To use The Wand Of Wonder, roll a d100. ((100 sided dice)) then quote yourself, and say what happens, according to the chart
The functions of the wand are:
01-10 Slow what ever you're pointing the wand at.
11-18 Deludes you into beliving that the wand will work if you roll again, but it actualy does nothing.
19-25 a huge gust of wind is forced in the direction you're pointing the wand.
26-30 An extremely stinky cloud forms around you, filling a 10ft area.
31-33 Heavy rain falls for 1 hour, in a 20ft radius around you.
34-36 Roll again, on 1-25, you summon a rino. On 26-50, you summon an elephant. On 51-100, you summon a mouse.
37-46 a 25ft bolt of lightning shoots from the wand.
47-49 A stream of 600 large butterflies pour out of the wand tip, and flutter around for 2 hours blinding every one around you, including you.
50-53 what ever you're pointing the wand at, grows to twice its normal size.
54-58 a bubble of darkness, 10ft around, and 10ft high, surrounds you.
59-62 grass grows in an area of 60ft around you, grass already there, grows 10x its height.
63-65 the object you are pointing the wand at, becomes ethereal, and can no longer be seen.
66-69 you shrink to 1/12 your normal height.
70-79 a large fireball shoots out of the wand.
80-84 you become invisible for one hour.
85-87 what ever you are pointing the wand at, begins to grow leaves.
88-90 40 small gems shoot from the tip of the wand.
91-97 shimmering colors dance and play over a 12ft x 10ft in front of you, blinding anything in that area for 1-6 hours.
98-100 what ever you are pointing the wand at turns to stone, if its stone, it becomes alive, and transforms into something else.
