Well, in terms of power Sesshoumaru would win. I mean, he has Tokijin and Tenseiga. He can release poison/acid from his claws and he has a poison whip, plus he can turn into a really freaking big dog. The whole poison-acid blood factor is there too. But in the show, Inuyasha would win. Because, well...the show is named after him, he has to.
