PlayStation Z Gundam Game Char's Ending

Was wondering if anyone could possibly translate this for me. PS Z Gundam Game - Char's Ending. As a big fan of the Gundam franchise, I'm interested to know what additional motives Char had for reforming Neo Zeon after turning good in Zeta Gundam. IMO Char's Counterattack didn't give enough background to why he switched sides. How did he go from being courageous in Z Gundam to tyrannical in Char's Counterattack?
