I swear chips give me acne

I never used to eat them and I had nice skin, once I developed a taste for them I started getting acne problems. I'll stop for a while and my skin will clear up, but if I have some chips it'll come back. Proven it by doing this multiple times. I think it's the type of oil that is used.


Just mentioned it here because I thought it might help some people. Anyone notice any foods that make them break out?

Um yeah. I posted it because you read everywhere that food and acne have no correlation, but what I experienced showed otherwise. Being a food that is commonly eaten I thought it would help some people who still struggle with their acne.
