A farm. A whole lot of nutritious veggie and fruit supply here plus, meat. If Gaia was real, i'll go to Bill's Ranch. Welll, a farm because it is less populated and full of dogs where they can protect your butt. Farmers won't stand the smell of stink from the undead, giving those poor zombies a "CLANK" with a shovel or a "BOOM" with the Farmer's shotgun. Anyway, the farmer has a lot of horses and has a Pick-up Truck as a car.
