there's an awesome book I used to check out from the Library which was partly a dictionary for all of Tolkien's languages and partly a set of lessons on the grammar, and still partly a study of his written works and the use of language in his books.

I find it works best in conjunction with online resources dedicated to teaching his languages.

I think it's called the Tolkien Dictionary.
