I did think that it might end up a bit rubbish when in three parts but after watching the first film that idea was gone, I didn't have anything to complain about regarding the pacing so I'm happy with it only being the first part so far.

At least we know they aren't skipping details from the book. Such a small book, but I'm glad to see it brought to the big screen. The Hobbit was probably my favorite movie of all time. I wanted to see it again right after it ended. <3 Thorin
