Does anyone not see the funny side to this, the foolishness of human beings may be comical but a man died. Doesn't that take the funny edge of it off?

Edit: Why do we laugh at someone who tries to prove the existence of God but yet do not laugh at those who simply beleive in God. To laugh at one but not the other seems silly to me... (I'm an athiest, does that make a difference?)
