I'd bombard you with old religious reference and similarities of cultures that celebrate the p***s but then I'm too bored to do that.

But yeah, Japan does have p***s festivals. Indians used to (or still do?) worship the linggam and my History teacher has lots of brass paperweights of Indians and porcelain cups of Oriental people having sex.

So glad to be Asian~
