So I made pasta last night.

And completely miscalculated my noodles to sauce ratio.

Trying to make some extra noodles right now for the left overs.

last time I made pasta it must have been to humid because it stuck to the machine,took forever to clean the cutting wheels.

well i guess it's okay if you're going to eat it all in one sitting, but our house always made enough to feed a village
it's better to keep them separate when storing so the noodles don't absorb all the sauce...and you can freeze the sauce and use for meatball subs on another day or hot sausage...you have tons of options if you DONT MIX THE SPAGHETTI
