I personally, prefer a Mac. Sure it sucks not being able to watch Netflix movies on your computer and use those new Gaia emoticons from TekTek, but it's worth it.

PC's get viruses way too quickly. Our computer we had before this iMac was a PC and it only lasted a year. gonk

My laptop is a MacBook but my main computer is a PC so I can play games on it.

IMO, Macs are great for digital media/art, music, and mainly all types of entertainment media. PC's come in handy with networking and most gaming situations, and are easier (as far as I know) to upgrade, and are better for the average user as far as price is concerned.

Basically, if I could afford it, I would have a Mac that has the Windows compatibility software and run both Windows and Mac and dominate everything! mrgreen
