How do you figure? I read up on the procedures for an essay assignment in biology. No legal medical procedure can actually extend the length of the p***s.

You can extend it for a period of time through certain excersizes and herbal suppliments, but like most muscles, if the exercise is not maintained, it will return to the original length.
