Considering that the Addams Family first aired in 1960's (and google tells me that it was a comic started in the 1940s before that).... Might it be safe to say that they were the first group of people to set an example of what it means to be "Goth"?
In thinking of this, might it be safe to say that Wednesday Addams was the very first Goth-girl to make the scene? whee Perhaps in the origional series she might be too young to hold such a title... But what would you guys think?
Who might have been the first to grasp the style of goth that we see variations of, to this very day? If not the Addams Family, then who might you suspect to be the first Pioneers of the Goth image? surprised

^ ^ Aren't they so cute?
P.S. o_o Not sure if this would work in this forum or in the Entertainment forum... But the focus of this discussion has a bit more to do with the foundations of the Goth image, rather than just this show....
