there's a lot of difference between a 16 year old and a 24 year old
8 year difference is no big deal if it's like 26 year old - 34 year old

For those who say age is just a number, are right. But it's just a number for how you perceive yourself. How society and the government, etc perceive you is different.
A) it's illegal. B) When you have that age difference it's hard, because you're in different places developmentally. I'm only 20 and the change from when I was 16 is crazy. I'm not a different person fundamentally, but I've learned lots since then.

Doesn't matter. 16 is legal in my country. And half of the people on here that are over 18 aren't as mature as a 12 year old, let alone that being any judge of a person.
