The only way I could ever re-order guild sub-forums was to edit the forum names (under moderator panel in case you don't know where it's at), then manually move all threads to its new place.

Not really possible.

Basically, manually using move and subforum rename.

The process is a pain in the a** even for guilds with 3 subs and not many threads.
