I wanted to see it when it came out but never got around to it because there were just too many movies to go see at the time (sorry, I chose going to see The Muppets and Tintin over Hugo). It looks incredibly beautiful, so even if I wind up not liking the story at least it will be some pretty to look at.

Am I the only one who thinks 'meh' of this movie? I haven't seen it but I don't get the huge hype over it. It doesn't look that great.

A lot of people tell me that Hugo was bad but now that I see it winning so many awards, I want to see it

I haven't seen it, but I am honestly swearing off ever seeing it, or watching the Oscars after the judges basically gave the series of my childhood a full-on slap in the face with some half-assed "pretty" movie that from the captures and clips I've seen, didn't even deserve a nomination for the awards it got.
