Furry Leg Warmers

So, I want to make myself a pair of furry leg warmers. I want them to be black with a big half of a rainbow on one of them and yadda yadda.

The question is.. How would I make the rainbow stay on? [I'm going to buy some fabric with a big rainbow on it and cut that out.] Would I just sew the ranbow on? [Because all the furry stuff, I don't know what to dooo. x.x]

I think sewing is probably your best bet.

you can trim down the fur on hte area u will put the rainbow on, the sew it on

I also agree with sewing it on. It will be a lot stronger than just glue on fabric.
Maybe you could try to find a patch with a rainbow on it (try Hot Topic) and sew it on. They are thicker than regular fabric.

You could give the fur a shave where you want to put the rainbow then fabric glue it and sew it down.
Or get more furry stuff, a few coloured strips of it stitch that together to make a rainbow stripe and then sew it on an angle or something together with the black fuzz, so its one piece, and then use that to make the legwarmer.
