What is your favorite kind of art form? Can be anything from painting to knitting..... And then why?

My most adored art forms are leatherworking, woodworking, and metalworking.
I like these because I tend to prefer functional art, rather than say, 2d paintings or other more traditional mediums.

With these 3 trades combined, there are very few limits to what you can make.

I love painting especially oil and watercolor painting. I am actually a practicing and selling artist smile I plan on hopefully teaching art on the college level someday biggrin

i want to say painting because i love the vibrant bright colours and effects you can do... but at the same time i hate painting. lol

I like too many to choose from but my top two are Plastic Canvas and Sequin Art. Then theres knitting, painting (paint by numbers and water colours), and Engraving Art. biggrin

Oil Painting is by far my favorite medium! From mixing you own colors to creating gradients, it's just a blast. Here's a fun zombie for emphasis:

Drawing and painting in my opinion are the most expressive (other than interpretive dance ._.)
Just, especially with painting, you can choose almost every element to create emotions in your viewer.
However general craft is the most fun :3

I like needle felting, painting, drawing, sewing.

Needle felting can be so relaxing, just sitting there stabbing at wool with a needle till the fibers merge *stab stab stab* xd

And when im drawing or painting, i enjoy listening to music at the same time.

I like painting. specifically water colors.
im not saying im good at it but it's just relaxing.
I feel like I enter a different world when I start painting with watercolors.
all the colors start to blend and swirl around.
I love it.
